Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the Elevate Clarity Consulting LLC public website.

Effective and last updated: September 3, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the related Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms. If you use the website for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

2. About the Website

This is a public corporate and marketing website for Elevate Clarity Consulting LLC. It provides general information about business consulting, administrative support, document services and ways to contact us. It is not a client portal, government service, legal service, payment service or document filing system.

3. Services Information and Inquiries

Descriptions of services are general and may not be available for every request, document, jurisdiction, language or deadline. Website content is not an offer that can be accepted merely by submitting a form. We may decline a request, ask for more information or determine that a licensed or specialized professional is required.

A service relationship begins only when the parties agree to a separate written scope or service agreement, including applicable fees, responsibilities and deliverables. An inquiry, automated receipt, email exchange or preliminary discussion does not itself create an engagement.

4. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You agree to provide information you are authorized to provide and that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You remain responsible for checking source information and final documents. Do not submit unlawful material, malicious files, another person’s confidential information without authority, or sensitive identifiers through the public contact form.

5. No Legal, Tax, Accounting or Financial Relationship

Elevate Clarity is not a law firm, CPA firm, bank, government agency, investment adviser or licensed financial adviser. Website content and ordinary services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice and do not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary or other licensed professional relationship.

Administrative or document support does not determine whether a document is legally sufficient, tax-compliant, officially accepted or suitable for a regulated purpose. Obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional when your circumstances require it.

6. Translation and Document Limitations

Translation support is not represented as certified, sworn, notarized or guaranteed to be accepted by an agency, court, educational institution or other recipient unless that specific service and requirement are expressly confirmed in a separate written agreement. Document review is limited to the agreed administrative and organizational scope.

7. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee approvals, business results, acceptance of documents, decisions by third parties, completeness of general information, timelines or a particular outcome. Results can depend on the accuracy and completeness of supplied information, your decisions, changing requirements and third parties outside our control.

8. Permitted Use

You may view and use the website for lawful personal or internal business purposes, including evaluating our services and contacting us. Any permission not expressly granted is reserved.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • use the website in violation of law or another person’s rights;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, server files or data;
  • probe, scan, overwhelm, disrupt or bypass website security;
  • send malicious code, automated spam or deceptive inquiries;
  • scrape or reproduce substantial website content for commercial use without permission;
  • misrepresent your identity, authority or relationship with Elevate Clarity;
  • use our name, logo or content to imply endorsement, affiliation or government status; or
  • use information from this website to provide misleading professional claims.

10. Intellectual Property

The website’s original text, branding, design, layout, graphics, logo and code are owned by or licensed to Elevate Clarity and may be protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may print or save a reasonable copy for personal reference. You may not republish, sell, license, create misleading derivatives from, or remove ownership notices from protected material without permission.

11. Third-Party Links and Resources

A link does not mean we control, endorse or guarantee a third-party resource. Third parties establish their own terms, privacy practices, availability and accuracy. You use third-party resources at your own discretion.

12. Privacy and Electronic Communications

Our Privacy Policy explains website information practices. By contacting us electronically, you consent to receive responses related to your inquiry at the address or number you provide. This does not enroll you in marketing messages. Internet and email communications may not be completely secure.

13. Website Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue website content or functionality without guaranteeing continuous availability. We aim to maintain accurate information but errors, interruptions and outdated material may occur. We may correct content when identified.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and its general information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in a separate written agreement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, freedom from every security issue, or fitness of general information for a specific purpose. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elevate Clarity and its members, personnel and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the public website or reliance on general website information. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not alter liability expressly accepted in a separate service agreement.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold Elevate Clarity harmless from third-party claims, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these terms. This section does not require indemnification for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

17. Notices of Intellectual Property Concerns

If you believe website content infringes a right you own, contact us with your name, the work or right concerned, the page location, an explanation of the concern and a method to reach you. We may request reasonable verification before acting.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are generally intended to be governed by applicable laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to review by qualified counsel and mandatory law that may apply. The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a website-related dispute through direct written communication. This paragraph does not remove any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

19. Severability and No Waiver

If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue to operate where legally possible. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of future enforcement.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms when the website, services or legal requirements change. The updated terms apply from the effective date shown above. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will take the required steps.

21. Contact

These website terms are a general template and are not legal advice. They should be reviewed against actual business practices and service agreements by qualified counsel.
