Elevate Clarity Consulting LLC aims to provide a public website that people with disabilities can perceive, understand, navigate and use. Accessibility is part of our ongoing approach to clear communication and usable services.
This statement describes our current intent and measures. It is not a claim of formal certification, complete compliance with every standard or absence of every barrier.
2. Accessibility Approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a helpful technical reference and consider guidance applicable to businesses serving the public in the United States. Accessibility is reviewed as content, browsers and assistive technologies change.
3. Measures Used on This Website
The site currently includes:
- semantic landmarks for header, navigation, main content and footer;
- a skip link for keyboard users;
- one primary heading per page and a structured heading hierarchy;
- visible keyboard focus indicators;
- keyboard-operable navigation, FAQ and privacy controls;
- form labels, required-field information and linked error messages;
- text alternatives or decorative treatment for visual assets as appropriate;
- responsive layouts designed to avoid horizontal scrolling at common widths;
- color combinations intended to maintain readable contrast;
- plain-language link and button labels; and
- reduced transitions when a user enables a reduced-motion preference.
4. Documents and Alternative Formats
If information or a document we provide is not usable with your assistive technology, contact us and identify the material and format you need. We will review reasonable ways to provide the same information, depending on the source material and the nature of the request.
5. Browser and Assistive Technology Compatibility
The website is intended to work with current versions of major browsers, operating-system accessibility settings, screen readers, keyboard navigation and zoom. A combination that is outdated or uncommon may behave differently. Updating the browser or assistive technology may improve compatibility, but you may contact us even if an update is not possible.
6. Known Limitations and Ongoing Review
No automated or manual review can guarantee that every page will be barrier-free for every person and technology. Third-party websites reached through links are outside our control. New content or browser changes can also introduce unexpected issues. We aim to investigate reported barriers and prioritize practical corrections.
7. Third-Party Content
External websites, document viewers and services have their own accessibility practices. A link to a third party is not a representation that its content meets a particular accessibility standard. If a third-party barrier prevents access to information necessary for our service, let us know so we can consider an alternative.

- the page address or name;
- a short description of the issue;
- the browser, device or assistive technology involved; and
- your preferred way for us to respond.
Do not include sensitive personal information that is not necessary to explain the accessibility issue. We will review the message and aim to respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this statement as the website, our practices or relevant guidance changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
